Well, we take just as much time putting together a playlist as we do coordinating our outfit! We understand some serious runners might look down on us for listening to music while training but what they might not know is many professional and Olympic runners run with music! So our “too serious” runners, this post is not for you. 🙂
Nothing is worse than getting into a good pace and then “My Heart Will Go On” by Celine Dion comes on.
Can you say buzz kill? Being prepared for a run requires more than coordinating your outfit, stretching, and a good pre-run snack. Luckily our newest ambassador Sydney has done the work for you! Making you a ‘Rocktober Cardio Playlist’ that is! We must admit this playlist has us wanting to run farther! Here’s a few of our favorites:
